Elizabeth Bartilucci

Elizabeth Bartilucci, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Starting in 2013, they worked as a Summer Clerk at Mehaffy Weber Law Firm, where they reviewed confidential and technical documents for specific details and managed document destruction.

In 2016, Bartilucci held the position of Retail Sales Associate at Concord Pet Food & Supplies, and also served as a Recruiting Intern at Aspromonte Marketing & Consulting.

In 2017, they gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Crius Energy, LLC, where they assisted with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and wellness programs. Elizabeth also planned and organized corporate-wide events.

In their most recent role, Bartilucci joined RightClick in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter, before progressing to Director of Human Resources in 2020. As Director, they managed all HR functions for the IT staffing and recruiting firm, overseeing performance management, training sessions, internal learning and development, and recruitment initiatives. Elizabeth also ensured business and tax compliance across multiple U.S. states, spearheaded community service programs, and managed a team of HR and operations professionals.

In January 2023, Bartilucci was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at RightClick, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and culture.

Elizabeth Bartilucci earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University from 2013 to 2017. Elizabeth later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Quinnipiac University, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in July 2021.
