Nisheeth Gautam has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Finlace Consulting Pvt. Ltd. since May 2013, Nisheeth previously held the position of General Manager-Sales at Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd. from February 2011 to May 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager-Recruitment at Realm HR Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment for clients and in-house needs, after joining as a Team Leader in May 2007. Nisheeth began the professional journey as a Management Trainee at Bharti Airtel Ltd. in June 2006. Education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on HR and Telecommunications from the Institute of Management Education, completed in 2007.
