Thom Walton is currently the Group Head of Marketing and Communications at Finlays, overseeing global marketing, brand, and strategic communications for the company. Previously, Thom held various roles at Spider, starting as an Account Executive and working their way up to B2B and Corporate Director. Before that, Thom worked as a Promotions Coordinator at Rawlco Radio and an English Instructor at COREM English Institute. Thom has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Sussex and has completed Marketing Week Mini MBA programs with Mark Ritson.
