Andrew Dyda

Andrew Dyda is the Managing Partner at Finlaysons, where an extensive role includes heading the Resources Team and contributing to the Energy and Corporate Teams. With experience in complex transactional and advisory work for ASX listed, private, and government entities, Andrew specializes in drafting and negotiating significant commercial contracts, focusing on resources, energy, and mining services. Currently serving as a Councillor for the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME) and a committee member of AMPLA, Andrew previously held positions as a Councillor and chairperson of SACOME’s Finance & Audit Committee, as well as a board member for YMCA South Australia. Prior experience includes work as a forensic accountant at Nexia Edwards Marshall. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, along with a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
