Jane Welsh is a Partner at Finlaysons, specializing in Resources, Native Title, and General Commercial Law. Jane graduated with a First Class Honours Science Degree in Geology from the University of Adelaide in 2004 and has worked in various exploration and mining geology roles across South Australia, the Northern Territory, and New South Wales. With a strong background in geology, Jane transitioned into law, joining Finlaysons in 2010 and becoming a Partner in 2022. Admitted as a Lawyer in New South Wales and South Australia in 2012, Jane is known for her proactive solutions and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks related to mining and native title. Jane also served as Immediate Past Chair of the AusIMM Adelaide Branch.
