Julie Carruthers has extensive experience in the legal and process improvement sectors, having worked at Finlaysons since September 2002 in various roles, including Process Improvement & Learning Facilitator, Systems Analyst, and Paralegal. Prior to this, Julie was a Paralegal at F.H. Faulding & Co for a short period and served at Finlaysons Lawyers from January 1985 to April 2002. Julie’s educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from TAFE SA, which was attained from January 1996 to March 2002, and completing secondary education at Gilles Plains High School from 1980 to 1984.
