Milad Rezazadeh has worked in various software engineering roles since 2011. In 2011, they began as a Junior Software Engineer at Cornet Research, where they developed a stock share management web application and an iOS app for share stock monitoring and management. In 2012, they moved to Exact as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for analysis, development, and testing of new features in Exact Synergy Enterprise application. In 2013, they joined Nintex as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for full-stack design and development of web form features, design and development of cloud-based services, and design and development of team dashboard using Ruby and Dashboard frameworks. In 2016, they joined LDSK (LiveDOOH Signkick) as a Senior Software Developer, where they were responsible for design and implementation of backend layers, development and optimization of web services, enhancement of the front-end usability and design, and design and development of centralized logging system. Finally, in 2018, they joined Finlex GmbH as Chief Technology Officer, Head of Software Development, and Lead Software Engineer. As Lead Software Engineer, they were responsible for complete design, plan and development of an Insure-Tech Solution, leading software development team, consulting product owner and business analysts in feature designs, re-engineering and enhancing existing legacy application, designing and developing new solutions and services, and designing and implementing complete continues integration/delivery process.

Milad Rezazadeh completed a Bachelor of Computing in Artificial Intelligence from Staffordshire University between 2008 and 2012. Milad also holds several certifications from Microsoft and the Processworks Group, including Test Driven Development with Unit Testing (2015), GoF Design Patterns (2015), Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications (2014), Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services (2014), MCSD: Web Applications (2014), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (2014), Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist (2014), Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 (2014), Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (2008), and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (2007).
