Jim Clarke

Jim Clarke is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Healthfuse since September 2025. With a substantial background in academia, Jim has been an Adjunct faculty member in Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State University since January 2010, where course materials and lectures for IST 140 and CMPSC 101 focus on application development and algorithmic processes using C#. Prior to Healthfuse, Jim held multiple senior leadership roles at Zelis from January 2021 to August 2025, including CTO and SVP of Technology, as well as serving as VP of IT & Informatics at ProgenyHealth, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2021. Jim’s earlier experience includes a decade at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed managing software engineering teams and leading systems engineering and business analysis efforts. Jim Clarke holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
