Doug Kirby

Doug Kirby has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Doug started their career at Utility Services and Associates INC in 1988, where they worked as an Engineer and Construction Supervisor for almost a decade. In 1997, they joined Verizon as a Senior Engineer, holding this position for nine years.
