Laura Oeschger-Zwicky

Laura Oeschger-Zwicky has a diverse background in law and investigations. Laura currently holds a position as Co-Head of Investigations of Unauthorised Activities at Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht FINMA. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Senior Legal & Policy Specialist in Investigations of Authorized Activities at the same company. Their experience also includes serving as an Attorney at Law in Litigation & Internal Investigations at Bär & Karrer. Laura started their career as a Trainee at Bär & Karrer and later advanced to the role of Junior Associate. Laura has a strong educational background, with degrees from the University of St.Gallen, the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zurich, and the University of Zurich.
