Karolina Decker

Karolina Decker has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Karolina began their career in 2007 as a Sales Specialist at Fortis Bank. In 2008 they moved to Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. where they held the roles of Manager and Senior Specialist. In 2014, they joined Deutsche Bank as Audit & Compliance Coordinator. In 2017, Karolina co-founded two organizations; finmarie, the first online wealth management platform and mobile App in Germany, and Mind the Gap: Women and Wealth e.V., a nonprofit organization working to close the wealth, income and knowledge gap through empowering, educational events and content for all women. In 2019, Karolina joined CoWomen as a Member of the Advisory Board. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded SchulGold, an online financial education program.

Karolina Decker has a Master's degree in Postgraduate Managerial Studies from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained in 2011. Karolina also has a Master's degree in Finance and Banking, Marketing and Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they obtained in 2008.
