Xavier Francis

Xavier Francis is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as Group Head - HR & Administration at Finmart since February 2024, Xavier previously held the position of HR Lead - Talent Acquisition at Al Khayyat Investments from July 2022 to March 2024, and Head - HR & Administration at Manappat Group of Companies from October 2018 to June 2022. With a robust background managing the complete employee life cycle, Xavier has effectively partnered with leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, implemented HR policies, and facilitated comprehensive recruitment processes. Prior roles include Group HR Director at Mercury MENA, HR Manager at Palmera, and HR & Admin Manager at Arup, each contributing to a strong foundation in HR management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
