Jangir Bektemissov, CFA

Jangir Bektemissov, CFA has been working in the financial services industry since 2009. Starting their career at Credit Suisse as an Associate, they then moved to Bitbond in 2017 as a Credit Risk Analyst. In 2019, they joined MODIFI as Director of Credit Risk, where they helped the company understand, measure and manage its credit risk exposure. Currently, they are the Head of Risk and Capital Markets at finmid, a position they have held since 2022.

Jangir Bektemissov, CFA has a diverse educational background. Jangir obtained their MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2007 and 2009, where they studied Analytic Finance and Economics. Jangir also obtained their Bachelor's degree from Babson College between 2000 and 2003, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In addition, they attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2001 and 2002, where they studied Economics & Finance. In 2011, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
