Erica Olenski

Erica Olenski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare innovation and strategic communications. Currently serving as an Associate Vice President at FINN Partners since March 2022, Erica also holds the position of Founding Executive Director at August's Artists, an organization dedicated to providing artistic support to children and families during healthcare challenges. Previous roles include Innovation & Content Strategist at Eighty Eight Creative, Senior Strategist at Pioneering Collective, and Director of Strategic Development at Splash Media. Erica's background encompasses over a decade in health IT and enterprise software development, informed by personal experiences as a caregiver and patient, which drive a commitment to ensuring patient and caregiver representation in product strategies. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Xavier University and has additional education from Michigan State University.
