Michael Heinley

Michael Heinley is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the health sector. Currently serving as President of MJH Associates LLC since January 2025, Michael provides strategic support for internal and external communications across various health-related industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech. In addition to this role, Michael has been a Senior Partner at FINN Partners since October 2016, overseeing global client engagement and growth while also serving as Deputy of the New York Health Group. Previous positions include Vice President of Corporate Communication at WebMD and Corporate Vice President of Leadership and Employee Communication at Johnson & Johnson.
