Jürgen Lobach

Jürgen Lobach has been working in the fleet industry for over 20 years. Jürgen started their career as a marketing and sales manager for Helmut Gayer Rent a car. Jürgen then moved on to Carmax Rent a car where they were responsible for the economic valuation of the company after its acquisition. In August 2001, they became the General Manager Operations for Carmax. In this role, they were responsible for business planning, vehicle fleet planning, purchase and sale of rental cars, target agreements with senior staff, business management control, compliance control, training employees, quality management, and coordination and control of sales. From there, they went on to become the General Manager Operations & Sales for Arndt AG. In this role, they were responsible for weak point analysis, recovery plan, presentation of the restructuring plan to investors, and implementation of the recovery plan. After that, they worked as an Angestellter for Choice GmbH from March 2003 to July 2020. Jürgen is currently the Chief Fleet Officer at FINN.

Jürgen Lobach did not finish high school, but they studied business at VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium.

Jürgen Lobach reports to Max-Josef Meier, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Glenn Udall - Chief Fleet Officer, USA, Nikolai Schröder - Chief Operations Officer, and Max Beyer - Chief Financial Officer.
