Heidi Pajari

Heidi Pajari has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Head of B2B Leisure for Central Europe and the US at Finnair since 2011. Heidi's leadership encompasses the development and transformation of distribution strategies, with a strong focus on NDC retailing and content strategy. Prior to this role, Heidi held various positions within Finnair, including Senior Distribution Manager and Business Development Manager, where contributions included NDC implementation and project management. Earlier career highlights feature a role as Country Manager at Finland Sport Academy, along with account management and marketing positions at Suomen Aktiivitieto Oy and Hewlett-Packard Oy. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Helia, supplemented by studies at the University of Saskatchewan.
