Heikki Ojala

Heikki Ojala has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as Head of Narrow Body Fleet Management at Finnair since June 2008. Ojala has held several key positions within the company, including Head of CAMO Engineering, Head of Fleet Engineering, and Head of Base Maintenance. Responsibilities include managing dent chart processes, resolving production service requests for structural repairs, and maintaining updated technical content for repairable components. Ojala also contributed as a Landing Gear Engineer for the A350 XWB and previously served as an ATR Project Engineer and UTair Customer Program Manager. Prior experience includes working as Fokker F27 Fleet Manager at the Finnish Air Force from November 2001 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing propellers and engines. Ojala holds a degree from Helsinki Polytechnic, earned between 1996 and 2001.
