Henrik Balk

Henrik Balk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy execution, primarily within the airline industry at Finnair since 2011. In various leadership roles, including Director of the CIO office and Head of the CDO office, Henrik has successfully led teams focused on digital transformation initiatives, data management, and performance optimization. Prior to Finnair, Henrik held key positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, where responsibilities included business development and program management in optical networks and microwave technology. Henrik holds a Master's degree in Radio Technology and Industrial Engineering and Management from Helsinki University of Technology.
