Niina Väyrynen

Niina Väyrynen has extensive experience in resource planning and management within the aviation sector, currently serving as the Head of Resource Planning Development at Finnair since March 2018. Previous roles at Finnair include Manager of Planning and Analysis and Ground Operations Planning Lead, where responsibilities involved resource analysis for various departments. Niina has also contributed to the development of Quintiq, Finnair's resource planning program, through training and liaising with the software provider to enhance user experience. Prior to Finnair, Niina held roles in revenue analysis and hotel operations at Marriott International and Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains, along with internships in front office and food & beverage departments. Niina holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
