Sami Rolig

Sami Rolig currently serves as the Director of Labour Relations at Finnair, a position held since April 2003, where responsibilities include representing the airline in contract negotiations with labor unions and fostering positive employee-employer relations. Previous roles at Finnair encompass Airline Captain for the Airbus 32S, Vice President of Inflight Experience overseeing customer service and safety, and Fleet Captain in Flight Operations focusing on leadership and people processes. Sami Rolig also contributed to the Finnish Air Line Pilots’ Association from September 2005 to August 2016, holding positions such as President, Board Member, and Council Member.
