Nikitha Manoharan

Nikitha Manoharan is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager at Wärtsilä since August 2017, responsible for driving profitable growth and operations in the Hong Kong market. Prior roles include Technical Sales Manager for Shaft Line Services and Business Development Manager at MKC, where entrepreneurial skills were honed through expansion into China and Hong Kong. Nikitha has also served as a Team Leader in Operations at ABB, overseeing operational KPIs and team development, and as a Sales Support Engineer at Wärtsilä. Educational qualifications include an MBA from HKUST Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala. Additionally, Nikitha is a member of the Board of Directors at FinnCham HK, contributing to the Sustainability and Diversity and Inclusion Committees.
