Nancy Welton

Nancy Welton, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Global Real Estate and Sustainability at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP since January 2015, where responsibilities include oversight of the Boston regional office and collaboration with firm leadership on initiatives aligned with the firm's culture. Previously, Nancy held the position of Director of Human Resources and Operations at Prince Lobel Tye LLP from June 2001 to December 2014, focusing on the implementation of human resource strategies for a midsize law firm. Early career experiences included roles as a paralegal and training mentor at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and as a paralegal and summer associate program coordinator at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Nancy's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Legal and Human Resources and a B.A. in Human Resources from Capella University, along with certifications in Muscular Therapy and an Associate degree in Paralegal studies from Fisher College.
