Melissa Horsley

Melissa Horsley is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking, finance, and infrastructure law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Finnfund since November 2022, Melissa has previously held senior associate positions at Castrén & Snellman and Osborne Clarke, as well as at Bracewell LLP. Melissa began their legal career as a trainee solicitor at Allen & Overy, where multiple seat rotations included Project Finance and a secondment in Paris. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Sheffield, complemented by studies in commerce and an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma.
