Andrés J. Kuhlmann

Mr. Kuhlmann is a Corporate Director and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Transelec SA, a leading power transmission company in Chile. Prior to Transelec, he was the CEO of Siemens, Chile, from 2001 to 2007. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Electroandina South America from 1997 to 2001, and was the Operations Vice President at Enel Generación Perú S.A.A., formerly Edegel, a private electric power generation company in Peru, from 1995-1996.

Mr. Kuhlmann is a graduate in civil and industrial engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Mr. Kuhlmann is a member of both the Audit and Governance and Risk Committees.
