Juan Carlos Villegas

Juan Carlos Villegas has over 20 years of experience in the Caterpillar dealer network across North and South America. Currently, Juan Carlos serves as the President and COO of Finning, a position held since June 2012, after previously serving as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Juan Carlos is a member of the Supervisory Board at Enerflex Ltd. since January 2019, contributing expertise in the energy oil and gas sector. Prior to his current role, Juan Carlos was the President of Finning South America from August 2006 to June 2012. Juan Carlos holds a background in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Irvine, despite not having a formal degree.
