Matt Compton

Matt Compton currently serves as Manager of Technology Products at Finning, a position held since August 2022, and previously held the role of Technology Platform Supervisor. Prior to Finning, Matt Compton was Operations Manager for Northern Alberta and Service Manager at Paladin Technologies from November 2019 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes Manager of Operational Support at Horizon North Logistics Inc. and various positions at Shaw Communications, including Supervisor of Operational Excellence and Human Resources roles from July 2005 to March 2018. Matt Compton is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology at NAIT, expected to complete in April 2027, and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, along with a degree in Computer Network Administration from NAIT.
