Cintia Bertacchi Uvo is a distinguished academic with extensive expertise in hydrology, water resources science, and meteorology. Currently serving as a Research Professor at the Finnish Environment Institute since October 2021, Cintia also holds a professorship in Water Resources Engineering at Lund University, where engagement spans 10% of current professional commitments. With a career beginning in meteorology at the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais from 1994 to 1995, Cintia has held a professorship at Lund University since May 2007.
