Janne Salmela is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Principal at Albert Edelfelt's School in Porvoo, which is the largest comprehensive school in the city, accommodating 630 students. In addition, Janne holds the position of Vice Principal at Finnish Schools International, an innovative international school network that integrates the Finnish education system with advanced educational technology. Previous roles include Principal at Hirsikampus in Pudasjärvi, the Finnish School in Moscow, Qatar Finland International School, and various teaching and leadership positions across several institutions, with a focus on curriculum development and student welfare.
