Ida Bolander currently serves as Secretary General at the Finnish Student Sports Federation (OLL) since November 2018. Previously, Ida held the position of Executive Manager at Jaguars Spirit Athletes ry from May 2016 to August 2017, overseeing operations, financial management, communications, and event management while coordinating volunteers. Additionally, Ida worked as a Service Center Employee at Barona Group Oy in early 2014 and gained research experience as an Assistant at Lappeenranta University of Technology from September 2012 to January 2014. Ida holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Jyväskylä, a Master's in Strategy, Innovation, and Sustainability from LUT University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Lappeenranta University of Technology, complemented by an international semester at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria.

The Finnish Student Sports Federation OLL, founded 1924, is a national advocacy and service organisation working on behalf of Finnish student sports. OLL is the common representative for all Finnish students at higher education institutions. The federation engages in advocacy, support, education, research while also operating in the national and international communities on behalf of student sports. The primary goal of OLL is to ensure that students engage in sufficient physical exercise in order to secure a healthy lifestyle and see to it that students are offered an adequate level of high quality sports services. Our mission is to promote student well-being and the sports culture of higher education institutions by acting as the foremost advocate and expert of sports in higher education. Our work supports all students regardless of the type of exercise or sport. We pursue our goals through sports policy advocacy as well as through coordinating sports and member events. OLL also governs Finnish student elite sports, international organisation work, sports advocacy for students.
