Elias Lax

Elias Lax is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Finnlines since August 2023, Elias also holds the position of Key Account Manager at Protektum Oy Ab since April 2021 and is a Co-Founder of Lax & Axberg Ab, an accounting and consultancy business. Previous roles include Receptionist at Viking Line and Project Assistant at Åbo Akademi, where involvement in a project focused on the development of business opportunities for small and medium-sized companies in the Finnish Archipelago was significant. Elias has served as a member of the Corporate Relations committee at Merkantila Klubben rf., worked as a Taxfree salesman at Viking Line, and gained leadership skills as a Båtchef with the Finnish Defence Forces. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Leadership, Strategy, and Organization and a Bachelor's degree in Organization and Management from Åbo Akademi University.
