Sonja Riippi

Sonja Riippi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service within the travel industry. Currently serving as a Sales and Customer Service Representative and Sales Promoter at Finnlines since January 2016, Sonja previously worked as a Travel Agent at Oy SRG Finland Ab / Etraveli Ab, contributing to business in a global online travel agency. Prior roles include an internship at the German National Tourist Office focused on marketing and event organization, and positions as a Travel Agent at Suomen Hopealinja Oy and a Salesperson at Lasten Päivän Säätiö, where Sonja was recognized for exceptional customer service.
