Matthew Hulbert is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in telecommunications and public service. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Head of Operations at Finnmark Ltd since January 2020, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in managing operational functions within the organization. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at The Royal Corps of Signals from February 1996 to January 2020, including Operations Manager and Telecommunications Operator. Matthew's educational foundation includes a First Diploma in Public Service from East Devon College, completed in 1995, and earlier studies at Sidmouth College from 1989 to 1994.
