Shahen Minasyan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in fintech innovation and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Finnovation, Shahen Minasyan leads fintech development efforts for financial institutions, focusing on integrating innovative solutions to enhance service quality. As a co-founder of DMS™, a low-code decision management software platform, Shahen Minasyan aims to improve operational efficiency for fintech clients.
