Itai Cohen

Itai Cohen is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Gavan since February 2020, Itai Cohen focuses on enhancing food systems and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Itai Cohen has contributed as an advisor at North First Ventures and as an advisory board member at Finnovest. Previous leadership positions include Chief Revenue Officer at CodeMonkey, where Itai played a key role in its acquisition by TAL Education, and Co-Founder and COO of Rumble Inc, acquired by BNY Mellon. Early career experiences include finance and analytics at CIBC Israel and Genesis Partners. Itai Cohen holds a Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.
