Pia Jaakkola

Pia Jaakkola is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, digitalization, and robotic process automation (RPA). Currently serving as Development Manager/Product Owner at Finnvera Oyj since March 2017, Pia leads cross-functional agile service design and the deployment of a new low-code services platform, while also managing RPA scaling initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager and Development Manager at Finnvera Oyj, where Pia established a center of excellence for RPA and led various projects in business analysis and vendor management. Pia's earlier experience at Microsoft and Nokia includes technical sales support and project management, where comprehensive leadership and coordination skills were demonstrated in high-stakes, global environments. Pia holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management and Electrical Engineering among various other educational qualifications.
