Markus Waghubinger

Markus Waghubinger has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as an Account Manager at VKB-Bank AG. In 2010, they moved to Sparkasse Kremstal-Pyhrn Bank AG, where they worked as an Account Manager Investment Clients and Deputy Branch Manager. In 2012, they joined Allgemeine Sparkasse Oberösterreich Bank AG as a Key Account Manager Private Banking/Capital Markets. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Oberbank as a Strategy, Project and Process Manager, and at AssCompact GmbH as an Editorial Journalist Investment and Finance. In 2014, they also completed a Research Semester at the University of Hagen. In 2018, they founded finothek GmbH and was its Co-Founder and CEO. Markus also began consulting for Strategy, Innovation & Growth(-financing). In 2020, they founded HalloSophia and serves as its Co-Founder and CEO.

Markus Waghubinger completed their Final Exam at Commercial High School Kirchdorf/Krems in 2007. Markus then attended the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management in 2011. Markus then attended the Bank Academy Vienna, where they obtained a European Financial Adviser\u00ae in 2012. Markus subsequently attended the University of Hagen, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Diplom.Finanzberater (BAK) from BankAcademy of Vienna, Projektportpoliomanager/Multiprojektmanager, and zert. Projektmanager from FernUniversit\u00e4t in Hagen.
