Arpit Gupta

Arpit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arpit most recently worked at Finova Capital as the Chief Technology Officer, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Product at the same company from July 2019 to May 2021. At Finova Capital, Arpit played a crucial role in transforming credit delivery to unorganized and unreached segments.

Before joining Finova Capital, Arpit worked at KAFL as the Chief Growth Officer from February 2018 to June 2019. KAFL is an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) that specializes in SME, Vehicle, and Personal Loan financing in Rajasthan. Arpit was responsible for driving overall business growth and developing fintech technologies for digital growth. Arpit also handled mortgage/property loans, vehicle financing, asset-based financing, and played a role in business tie-ups and managing relationships with external entities.

Prior to that, Arpit had entrepreneurial experience as a Co-founder and CEO at Udhar Bazar from February 2016 to January 2018. Udhar Bazar is a company focused on providing financial services.

Arpit's earlier experiences include being the Vice President of Strategic Planning at SNG Real Estate Pvt Limited from March 2015 to January 2016. Arpit played a key role in strategy planning, fund raising, and liaising with banks and NBFCs. Arpit also worked as an International Business Manager at Genus Power from August 2013 to February 2015, where they were responsible for the international market in Africa and the Middle East. Arpit's career began at Secure Meters Limited in February 2008, where they held the position of Senior Executive - Global Application Engineering. There, they had responsibilities in the international market, specifically India, the UK, and the Middle East.

Finally, at Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd, where Arpit started their career in September 2007, they were responsible for the Network Operation Centre.

From 2003 to 2007, Arpit Gupta attended Sri Balaji College Of Engineering and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
