Tomer Shroitman currently serves as R&D Director at FINQ since February 2024. Previously, Tomer held the position of Front End Guild Manager at Fiverr from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of front-end tech leads and mentoring them on complex tasks. Tomer also worked as a Software Development Manager at Fiverr, leading teams in crucial product and localization efforts. Prior to Fiverr, Tomer was Full Stack Leader at Indoor Robotics, overseeing the web application architecture involving IoT and cloud systems. Tomer's career began at LivePerson, progressing from Front End Developer to R&D Team Leader, and also included experience as a Scrum Master. Earlier roles included Web Developer - Optimization Engineer at Amadesa. Tomer holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
