Cosmin Cosma

Cosmin Cosma is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in fintech and consulting. As Co-Founder and CEO of Finqware since February 2018, Cosmin oversees business development and team building. Cosmin holds leadership positions as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Unchain Fintech Festival, President of the Board for Romanian Fintech Association, and Board Member for European Digital Finance Association. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Managing Partner at INSUS, Business Development Manager and Managing Partner at Fremen Training & Consulting, and various management positions in major banks such as Volksbank Romania and Garantibank Romania. Cosmin holds an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS/Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy of Culture from the University of Bucharest.
