Jo Gillard

Jo Gillard is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Group Engineering Excellence Lead at Finsbury Food Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jo held various positions at Ferrero, including the Head of Maintenance and Engineering and Site Engineering Manager at the Alfreton Plant. Jo's extensive experience also includes roles at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where responsibilities spanned from Facilities Manager to Engineering Shift Manager, as well as positions at Corus as an SAP PM Implementation Leader and Process Engineer. Jo began a career in engineering with an Assistant Technologist role at AB InBev during a Year In Industry placement. Jo holds a BEng (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
