Nigel Butterworth

Nigel Butterworth is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Cluster Manufacturing Director at Finsbury Food Group since July 2024, Nigel has held significant roles including Group Operations Director at Masonite® and Customer Operations Director at CLEAN Linen Services Ltd. Previous positions also include leadership roles at Bakkavor, Agrivert, Unilever, Sara Lee, Allied Bakeries, and Mars, as well as serving as an Officer in the Royal Navy. Nigel holds a Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Oxford, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
