Toni L Gonzales

Toni L Gonzales, MBA, CLU® has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as the Past President and a member of the Board Slate Committee for Women in Insurance & Financial Services since October 2021. Toni is also a FinServ Mentor at the FinServ Foundation, providing guidance to fellows in career development. As the Divisional Vice President at Ameritas from October 2022 to September 2025, Toni led the Central Division's agency recruiting and sales growth efforts. Previous roles include Vice President of Recruiting and Sales at Ohio National Financial Services and Agency Sales Manager at MassMutual Phoenix. Toni's career began at Prudential Financial, where a progression of roles culminated in strategic marketing and sales leadership positions. Academically, Toni holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University, along with a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.
