Vikas Bijlani has extensive experience in operations and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the National Head of Operations and previously as the National Manager of Digital Operations & Service at Bajaj Markets since September 2018, Vikas has a solid track record in centralized disbursement and reconciliation from tenure at Bajaj Finserv from April 2017 to November 2022 as Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Area Operations Manager at Reliance Commercial Finance, where responsibilities encompassed operations management for Maharashtra branches, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal audits, and enhancing customer relationships. Earlier career highlights include serving as Branch Operations Manager at ICICI Bank, where Vikas ensured compliance with KYC and AML regulations and supervised key operational areas. Vikas holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from BMCC, Pune University.
