Tarik Jazic

Office Manager at Finshark

Tarik Jazic has a diverse work experience background. From 2012 to 2016, they founded and served as the President of the non-governmental organization "Metamorfoza," where they managed projects, coached writing techniques, and published books. From 2015 to 2019, Tarik owned and directed O.D. "Mentor," an agency focused on education, personal and professional development, translation services, software engineering, web design, and marketing. In 2019, they briefly worked as the Managing Director at Cantonal Housing Fund Sarajevo. Currently, Tarik holds the role of Office Manager at Finshark since May 2022 and previously worked as the People Operations Manager there from January 2020 to May 2022.

Tarik Jazic has a diverse education history. Tarik began their educational journey at the University of Sarajevo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Technology from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Tarik pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Organization, which they completed in 2016. During this time, they also attended the Adizes Graduate School for the Study of Leadership and Change for business administration and management studies.

In 2018, Tarik sought additional specialization in the field of natural disaster risk management. Tarik enrolled in the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Sarajevo and graduated with a Master of Natural Disaster Risk Management in 2020.

Throughout their educational journey, Tarik also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they received the USAID Certificate of entrepreneurship school. In 2014, they completed courses on "Group Dynamics," "Vision and Values," and obtained a certificate from the Adizes Graduate School for the study of Leadership and Change. In 2015, Tarik received the Erasmus+ Certificate of Excellence and the Youthpass Erasmus+ Certificate for mobility of youth workers. Later, in 2019, they obtained a Certificate for consulting in the field of public procurement from the Agency for Legal Consulting and Education "APKE" and a Certificate of attendance at the seminar "Electronic tenders in public procurement procedures" from ZAMM media Consulting.
