Sebastiaan Hoekstra

Sebastiaan Hoekstra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, analytics, and finance. As a Co-Founder at Finstack since May 2022, Sebastiaan has built upon a strong foundation from MessageBird, where a range of roles spanned from Lead Data Scientist to Head of Data Science and Data Analytics. Prior experience includes managerial finance at Apenkooi, business analysis roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and brand promotion at Playground Brand Activation. Additional work at Workrate involved operations in data centers, and earlier experiences included serving as an excursion leader at AVR. Sebastiaan holds a Master's degree in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam, alongside educational experience from Delft University of Technology.
