Ekaterina Koydan

Ekaterina Koydan has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ekaterina started their career as a Personal Assistant at FESCO Transportation group in 2012, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Business Coordinator at SThree. In 2015, they joined Adelphi Executive Search & Recruitment as a Consultant before moving on to Finstar Financial Group. At Finstar, they held positions as a Senior HR Specialist from 2016 to 2018, and later became the Head of HR Operations from 2019 till present.

Ekaterina Koydan obtained a Specialist degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of Management (SUM) between 2008 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended the Sint-Godelieve-Instituut in Lennik, Belgium, from 2002 to 2008, though their specific degree and field of study during this period are unknown.
