Ioana Duca

Ioana Duca has a diverse range of work experience. Ioana is currently working as an Events and Partnership Manager at FINTECH BELGIUM since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AEGEE / European Students' Forum in various roles from 2014 to 2022, including Advisory Board Member and Trainer Manager. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Project Manager at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions and an Administrative Officer at Sodexo. Ioana also worked as an Administrative Officer at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they served as an Expo Crew member at House of European History in 2017 and as a Trainer at Academy in 2016. In 2015, they had roles as a Trainer Manager and Project Officer at AEGEE / European Students' Forum. Lastly, in 2014, they were the Treasurer at FATF Foundation AEGEE Trust Fund and held positions such as Financial Director and Financial Intern at AEGEE / European Students' Forum.

Ioana Duca obtained a Bachelor of Communication and Public Relations from Babeș-Bolyai University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Ioana then pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations at the same university, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
