Kaivan Sattar

Kaivan Khalid Sattar is an experienced entrepreneur and data scientist, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Asaak since June 2016, where the company specializes in asset financing for SMEs in emerging markets. In addition to this role, Kaivan has been an instructor at FinTech School since March 2017, teaching "Alternative Lending Emerging Markets" to a diverse audience. Prior to these positions, Kaivan worked as a Data Scientist at Kiavi and held significant roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities included developing risk models and analyzing portfolio risk. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from New York University.
