Paola Castillo is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations, public relations, and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Media Relations Coordinator at Fintel Connect since October 2023, Paola focuses on developing media lists and conducting outreach to achieve departmental targets. Previously, as a Consultora at Stabl Shelters, Paola implemented an influencer marketing strategy and enhanced content marketing efforts. As the CEO of Contexto, Paola led a PR and Digital Marketing agency, executing campaigns for notable brands and institutions in Mexico and Latin America. Additional roles include Marketing Coordinator at True Level Concrete, Director of Communications at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Jalisco, and Journalist at Grupo Reforma, contributing to a diverse skill set in communication, branding, and media engagement. Paola holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Comunicación from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
